EMERGENCY INFORMATION

Dear customers,
Due to the current situation in my country, I can no longer work through such payment systems as Paypal, Wise etc. At the moment I only accept payments via Boosty. Boosty is the Russian analogue of Patreon. This service is quite easy to use, just below I will attach a tutorial on how to use it from the customer's side.

HOW TO USE BOOSTY

✦ Boosty is a Russian platform like a Patreon. You can easy switch language to Eng there.✦ No need to register an account on Boosty, you can sign in via Google/Facebook account.✦ Unfortunately, payment is only available in Roubles, but its not hard, because I’ll tell you the exact amount in RUB, according to the Paypal exchange rate.✦ You can pay with your PayPal or bank card whatever is more comfortable for you.✦ Perhaps if the payment is large, it will have to be divided into several parts. It's okay, I'll let you know how many parts the payment will need to be divided into.✦ Boosty seems to be safe and was already tested by many Russian artists, but due to huge traffic, which wasn't expected by their team, there may be lags. It may happen that you can not proceed the payment on the first try. Please let me know and I'll contact their support closely.

GENERAL

✧ PREFER TO DRAW
- Fan arts, original characters, female characters! (I can do male as well but I think I am better at female characters), cute characters such as Pokemon, etc.
✧ CANNOT DRAW
- Furry, hardcore NSFW, Mecha/Robots, Gore, Muscular Characters, Elderly characters.
✧ I dont animate! I only separating elements for animating (hair/face/limbs).
✧ Please be accurate and concise with your commission information. Do not forget to provide references.
✧ Payment via Boosty (Russian equivalent of Patreon).
✧ I only work with my style. I do not work with other artists' styles.
✧ Commission wait time is 2 weeks – 1 month , if you have an urgent order be prepared to pay +50% on top of the normal price.
✧ The size of the art you are receiving is the original size. For emotes I use 300x300 pixels 90 dpi, 1000x1000 / 800x800 pixels for twitch alerts / panels and 1500x1500 pixels for Chibi commissions. In case of emotes I always include resizes for twitch which are 112x112, 56x56 and 28x28. 1000x1000 300 dpi for PNGTubers.
✧ I am not responsible for your commission being rejected by Twitch or any other platform, so make sure your request is in appliance with the guidelines of the preferred platform.
✧ Any mistakes or errors on my part will be fixed, for free. Aditional details not included in the original submission will be charged for those changes.
✧ As an artist, my art is constantly changing/evolving, so there might be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive (linearts style, coloring method, composition...). They are very slight changes, but please keep that in mind
✧ Prices are subject to change.
✧ I have the right to refuse any commission.
✧ Feel free to ask about your commission progress anytime. I will always do my best to complete your commission as soon as I can, but please be patient and do not rush me, so I can provide quality artworks for you.

PAYMENT

✧ All prices are only USD.
✧ Payment via Boosty (Russian equivalent of Patreon).
✧ Payments is made only after I accept your commission and must be made in FULL before I start the commission.
✧ The payment must be sent in 72 hours after the invoice was received (unless you have notified me beforehand).
✧ There will not be any refunds after I have started working on your commission. However, if I have no opportunity to complete the commission - a full refund will be given to a customer.
✧ All prices are subject to change and depend on the difficulty level of your commission.

COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY

✧ Emotes, badges, icon etc. for personal use only. Artwork cannot be used commercially. This can be discussed, additional charges will apply. This would mean, you are not allowed to use the artwork for your profit (such as merchandise).
✧ I tend to post work in progress photos to my Twitter, if you do not wish for me to share photos of your project prior to completion, please notify me beforehand.
✧ Do not edit, copy or trace my work without my permission.
✧ Do not resold or redistributed my work.
✧ I do not take responsibility for artwork rejected by Twitch or any other organization.
✧ Please credit me when you use my work on Twitch, Discord or anywhere else by leaving a link to my Twitter (@arbakek_2).

Commission Process:

✧ Fill out the order form. Describe in detail your character and commission you want. If you have any references, please send them.
✧ If your commission is accepted, you will be contacted. I only accept payment via Boosty. If payment is not made within 72 hours after acceptance of the order, the order will be canceled.
✧ After payment I start sketching. Within 7 - 14 days, sketches will be ready for the approval of the idea with your commission. At this stage, you make the final changes. At stages later changes will be paid. (+5 $ USD per change)
✧ After approval of sketches the work is done within ~14 days, I will send you the process if you need it.
✧ I send the finished work to your mail with all sizes for twitch / discord and the original size of the work.
✧ It takes 14-30 working days for general commissions. However, turn around time will also be based on the difficulty and quantity of artworks of your commission.
